To help us achieve our aims and make as big an impact as possible we would love applications from fundraising, community arts & activism, company management, working with young people or artistic development. 

Previous trustee or board experience is not essential as we aim to be a Board where people can come to develop valuable skills, insight and experience.  

It is important to us that Trustees share the company’s values, and are committed to contributing to our developing practice in terms of both wellbeing and EDIA (Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Activism).
