Are you a local creative in need of advice? 

You can book a one-to-one session with our team of artists, producers, marketers, youth workers, access workers or administrators for specific advice to suit your needs. Creatives can get involved in all elements, or just whatever feels useful!

Keith Saha (he/him)

Artistic Director and Co-CEO

What I do:

My job is wide and varied, and I feel very lucky.  

I write and direct plays. Lead workshops. Look for funding opportunities. Make connections with existing and new creative and social partners. Go and see work to be inspired. Attend local and national networking meetings. Oversee the branding of the company. Am an activist in Equity, Diversity, Inclusion. Develop integrated access into work. Collaborate with exciting artists.  

I can help with: 

Developing an idea for a show or community project. Ideas around Playwriting. How to develop autobiographical work with wellbeing tools. How to bring a creative team together and work effectively. Developing creative access within your work. How to build and develop relationships with venues and partners. How to approach organisations in terms of race equality. Building a brand and identity for your company.

Leanne Jones (she/her)

Executive Director and Co-CEO

What I do: Co-creating with young people and communities, inclusivity in the arts, championing a more fair and representative theatre sector, participation and community engagement, producing shows and projects. Visioning, strategy and business planning, finance management, fundraising (but not the expert!) and wellbeing in the workplace. Supporting artists and theatre makers to go for it!

I can help with: I absolutely love having the chance to meet and chat with local creatives. I can support any conversations around any of the above areas, and also am happy to chat through individual development plans/goals, projects, partnerships and ideas generally.

Leonisha Barley (she/her)

Assistant Producer

What I do: Project coordination, communicating with creative teams, workshop facilitators and organisations, managing budgets and projects, leading on the administration and coordination of projects, pastoral support, support the integration of youth voice into the company, support marketing and communications, collating data for monitoring and evaluation.

Outside of my Assistant Producer role I also lead creative workshops, act and write and perform spoken word.

I can help with: Organising one off or short term events or projects, developing community based work, project planning and coordination, budget considerations, effective communication with creative and touring teams, planning workshops. Talking through my journey as a Liverpool based creative. Approach to supporting young people. Monitoring and evaluation.

Youth and Access Worker

What I do: I support the young people and help facilitate the projects that 20 Stories High runs. I also provide access support.  

I can help with: Access and wellbeing support; offer advice and information about other relevant services; assist to seek help and relevant support; give advice on how to be a youth and access worker; how to write an access rider, advice on how to conduct a wellbeing check.

What I do: I am in charge of all the messaging that comes out of the organisation – from print to website, in house design, social media to PR!

Administrator

What I do: Managing administrative, financial, HR, and operational tasks; collaborating with various stakeholders to support the organisation’s programmes.

David Morgan (he/him)

General Manager

What I do:

I work across all aspects of company management. That includes everything to do with financial management such as; budgeting, book-keeping, PAYE, VAT, management accounting and working with auditors to produce annual accounts. I also oversee work around legal compliance and HR including producing contracts for employees and freelancers and overseeing Health & Safety compliance.

I can help with:

Pretty much anything to do with running a company including:  company formation, governance, financial management, fundraising and producing.

Harriet Warnock (She/Her)

Producer

What I do:

I’m a producer and project manager with a particular interest in theatre for social change. My work spans producing performances, creative projects, and community events, with a focus on meaningful community engagement and developing diverse audiences.

I consult with young people to ensure their voices shape our work. I’m experienced in budget management, pulling together creative teams and overseeing company operations, HR, and personnel matters. I also provide line management, support individual professional development, and lead on safeguarding across the organisation.

What I can help with:

As well as the above I can chat through project ideas and help with development, talk through Arts Council Funding and other funding options, I’m an experienced freelance producer so can talk about how to get into producing as a career as well as how to approach venues and book tours. I can also talk about access and how to embed it across your project.
