Our new show Knocking On hits the Streets of L8

As the lockdown has eventually lifted on outdoor performance, this week we have premiered one of the first pieces of live theatre in the country Knocking On!

Created by Keith Saha and ex-youth theatre member Brodie Arthur – the ten-minute interactive piece of theatre tells the story of Kelsey, a young woman who has been looking after her Mum in lockdown, who hits the streets of L8 to look for her missing cat.

The show is targeted particularly at individuals and families who have been self-isolating. Co-creator and actor Brodie says: “Its been amazing visiting so many different people in L8, with each show there is a different interaction and flavour”

Director Keith Saha says “There has been a fantastic response from the audience. It’s a really beautiful experience to see people out and engaging in theatre again. The aim was to leave them with a smile on their faces and a full heart. And from the feedback it looks like we have done that.”

Knocking On also got a great 4-star review in The Stage
