Equity, diversity, inclusion and access are at the heart of everything we do. We believe the strongest work is created when the people making it bring a rich diversity of lived experiences, perspectives and voices.

We are committed to continually learning, unlearning and reflecting on our practice so that we can become better advocates, activists and allies. This means listening, learning and growing as a company, while sharing knowledge, working in partnership with others, and speaking truth to power.

Together with our community, our sector and our partners, we strive to help create a world where young people’s lives are more representative, accessible and joyful.

We want our commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion and access to shape not only the work we make, but how we make it—how we collaborate, share space, build relationships and distribute power.

This page highlights some of the ways our EDIA values and learning are put into practice.

Anti Racism

We are an anti-racist organisation committed to confronting and dismantling systemic and interpersonal racism. We believe that allyship is an active practice, requiring us to listen, learn, challenge inequity, and show up in solidarity with colleagues and communities affected by racism.

As part of this commitment, we convene an Anti-Racism Working Group that critically examines our policies, practices and culture, identifies opportunities for improvement, and recommends actions for white colleagues and allies to undertake. Through this work, we seek to embed anti-racist practice across the organisation and ensure that responsibility for change is shared, intentional and sustained.
