Keith started acting at Liverpool’s Everyman Youth Theatre in the 80’s before going on to Salford University and Hope St Project.

He then went to London and worked with such companies as Theatre Royal Stratford East, Cardboard Citizens, Graeae, and Theatre Centre. For ten years he tried on many different hats, mainly working as an actor but then moving on to workshop leader, composer, musical director, and eventually directing. Contact Theatre in Manchester has also been integral to his development as an artist

In 2006 Keith came back home to Liverpool with Julia to set up 20 Stories High.
